Pre-owned (in wrapper) - an item that is unused and in wrapper. It may have been on display in the shop.

Pre-owned (excellent) - an item that has been removed from its wrapper and is either unused or mint condition. It may have very minor marks from handling.

Pre-owned (very good) - an item that has had minimal use and shows only very minor marks and wear.

Pre-owned (good) - an item that has marks and wear from normal use.

Pre-owned (fair) - typically an item that has more significant marks and wear from use and/or minor damage.

In all cases the product photos are also used to show the condition of the product.

No warranty is provided on used or pre-owned items. Items which are supplied new/in wrapper are covered for 12 months from purchase against proven manufacturing defects.
