Shipping policy

Order Processing & Despatch

Orders received Monday to Friday (0900 to 1700) will be processed that day.  Orders received out of hours or Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following working day.  After processing your order will typically be despatched the following day.

Shipping Options

Standard and express shipping options are available and costs are provided at checkout.  We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.  Collection is available for local customers.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2/3 working days from despatch.  Express options are typically delivered next working day after despatch.  We do not offer an overnight service.  

Courier Information

We typically use Parcelforce or similar couriers for all UK shipping.  Please make yourself aware of the courier terms and conditions as they apply in full to your order.  Tracking information will be provided.  Buyers should follow this tracking and ensure they are available to receive the item at the delivery address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items diverted to alternative delivery addresses by the buyer or for any loss or damage if the buyer is not available to receive the item on courier arrival.

International Shipping

Any options available for delivery to your country are displayed at checkout.  Buyer is responsible for any and all applicable customs duties and taxes imposed during or after shipping.  These should be paid directly by the buyer to the appropriate authority.
